Gathering and Spreading Knowledge

   While everyone in the world today sees what is taking place, so many individuals are asking themselves why nothing is being done. Around the globe people have protested, yet no one sees the final result. Individuals in the mix of those spectators have seen this and saw the message that was being shared. That same person chose to take the less traveled path and no longer be mislead by the lies that have been told, joining together with those speak of the acts against all of us. The times of protesting have changed, more force is being used on those who stand and speak out about the truth that we all know. More and more protesting are finding themselves limited on where they can stand and how the protest can take place. In order to protest in a public location, the enforces state a piece of paper, a permit, is needed.

   Yes, a piece of paper to state you have “approval” to speak out about something the governments are doing to limit how we act or something we do. Most may think the same as I do on this matter… why would I need some piece of paper to use my voice, hold up a sign, or even a flag to share knowledge with another individual. If someone protests without this “approval” they can be charged with an “Unlawful Assembly”. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees individuals the right of freedom of assembly. Under the Common Law and modern statutes, however, the meeting of three or more persons may constitute an unlawful assembly if the persons have an illegal purpose or if their meeting will breach the public peace of the community. The time when the intent is formed is immaterial, and it does not matter whether the purpose of the group is lawful or unlawful if they intend to carry out that purpose in a way that is likely to precipitate a breach of the peace. If they actually execute their purpose, they have committed the criminal offense of riot.

   If the enforcers find that the protest is “unlawful”, they FEEL it is within THEIR duty to use brutality to disperse the group. This may be done by pepper spray, tear gas, or even the use of taser guns. There have been cases in which individuals have been severely harmed by those who state they are “following procedure”. Yet, if any one of us use these same measures against them, we are “charged” with “assaulting an officer of the law”. In black and white, this means they can do HARM to us by speaking out against them, but, we can not defend ourselves against them. This is WRONG on many levels! The “laws” are written to keep us with our heads down, not questioning “authority”, and to OBEY.

   This keeps many from standing and expressing their feelings on what is happening in the world, due to fear of what may happen to them if they do. The forces are doing everything they can to limit how we share information with another. They do so by twisting everything that has been written to fit their justification. This has got to STOP! We must use what we know on their “laws” and use it against them. Many here in the Unites States, see how protesting events have either been ignored or turned violent, so how do we make a change? One can no longer hand out flyers in many areas, if you do, you are soliciting. But there are other means of getting information out there. We DO live in an age of technology, so use it to your advantage. You have the option to send an email to friends and family members with information to research. You can upload videos to many websites for the world to view. We can work together to get more people seeing this information.

   It comes down to…… Are you ready to take a stand and stop caring whether or not you get a knock door or whether you text messages or phone calls are being documented. The more people know what is taking place, the more others will watch these videos, read an email that makes them think, or maybe… even stand with the rest of us and share this knowledge with others. THIS IS THE KEY! Use what you know and the devices you have to get this out, for if we continue to sit and agree on the same matters, others will not stop and think outside the mislead information that is being told to them. We are running out of time, we all know this. Yes it is hard work, but it is something that needs to be done.
