Self-Governing Idiota
Bag O’ Law – Expansion
An ex-police Sergent tells how and why you should fight ALL speeding fines
“‘Indiscriminate revenue gathering’ It is absolutely disgusting. The government and the Police Force need to hang their heads in shame.”
- Remarks by the President on the Reopening of the Government So let’s work together to make government work better, instead of treating it like an enemy or purposely making it work worse. That’s not what the founders of this nation envisioned when they gave us the gift of self-government.
- Pope Embraces False Prophets Of Doom – Why I’m Disassociating Myself From The Vatican And Church
I’m Catholic and this Sunday I’m announcing that I’m disassociating myself from the Vatican and its pope. I urge other skeptic Catholics to consider doing the same. This is not a step I’ve taken lightly.
I’ll be opting out of Germany’s Kirchensteuer (Church Tax) and will not attend any services in the future. With their latest planned encyclical they are indicating that they have shifted back to the Dark Ages of bad-weather witches, superstitions and Medieval indulgences. Worse, they are openly subscribing to nutty end-of-times theories.
This comes on the heels of a recent announcement that Pope Francis intends to issue an encyclical on climate change. I am not renouncing
CatholicismChristianity, rather I am solely renouncing my recognition that the Vatican and Pope are the faith’s administrator and moral compass. It’s the last straw in an unending string of corruption, child sexual abuse and scandals that have raged within the Catholic Church in recent times.
Earth Water “source” FOUND!
- Massive ‘ocean’ discovered towards Earth’s core
A reservoir of water three times the volume of all the oceans has been discovered deep beneath the Earth’s surface. The finding could help explain where Earth’s seas came from.
The water is hidden inside a blue rock called ringwoodite that lies 700 kilometres underground in the mantle, the layer of hot rock between Earth’s surface and its core.
The huge size of the reservoir throws new light on the origin of Earth’s water. Some geologists think water arrived in comets as they struck the planet, but the new discovery supports an alternative idea that the oceans gradually oozed out of the interior of the early Earth.
“It’s good evidence the Earth’s water came from within,”
Skype Piracy
- Newly published NSA documents show agency could grab all Skype traffic “Sustained Skype collection” of voice, video, and messages started in 2011.
A National Security Agency document published this week by the German news magazine Der Spiegel from the trove provided by former NSA contractor Edward Snowden shows that the agency had full access to voice, video, text messaging, and file sharing from targeted individuals over Microsoft’s Skype service. The access, mandated by a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court warrant, was part of the NSA’s PRISM program and allowed “sustained Skype collection” in real time from specific users identified by their Skype user names.
The nature of the Skype data collection was spelled out in an NSA document dated August 2012 entitled “User’s Guide for PRISM Skype Collection.” The document details how to “task” the capture of voice communications from Skype by NSA’s NUCLEON system, which allows for text searches against captured voice communications. It also discusses how to find text chat and other data sent between clients in NSA’s PINWALE “digital network intelligence” database.
The full capture of voice traffic began in February of 2011 for “Skype in” and “Skype out” calls—calls between a Skype user and a land line or cellphone through a gateway to the public switched telephone network (PSTN), captured through warranted taps into Microsoft’s gateways.
Protecting Your Property Not The Administrative Plunder
Nebraska Supreme Court Rules To Allow Keystone XL Pipeline “This appeal is not about the wisdom or necessity of constructing an oil pipeline but instead is limited to the issues of great public concern raised here: which entity has constitutional authority to determine a pipeline carrier’s route and whether L.B. 1161 comports with the Nebraska Constitution’s provisions controlling this issue,” the Supreme Court judges write in the ruling.
Nuclear Fallout – It Won’t Be FukUZilla
- Nuclear Waste Disposal
A documentary that examines the nuclear waste disposal problem in just one location. We have these sites across the globe, all over our oceans. We dumped nuclear waste and the problems it poses on the next generations. There are even instances where pipes have been setup in the sea, so the waste can be disposed off even easier and unseen.
The marine disposal of nuclear material was banned permanently in a 1993 via the London Agreement, but the “disposal sites” already in existence were not cleaned up. In 2011, in front of El Hierro not only magma particles and bubbles rose to the surface of the sea, barrels with radioactive material from a radioactive waste dump created in September 1982 rose to the surface.
- The Latest Russian Fighter Jet Blows America’s Away
Outgunned by the Su-30 family of aircraft and suffering critical design flaws, the American F-35 is staring down the barrel of obsolescence – and punching a gaping hole in western air defences.
Russian Sukhoi Su-30 Fighter JetThis article is an excellent read to understand how Russia’s technological level is best in its class in many military sectors, especially with regard to fighter jets. It originally appeared in Russia & India Report. The SU-30 continues to be the number one choice among global buyers.
Built to be the deadliest hunter killer aircraft of all time, the F-35 has quite literally become the hunted. In every scenario that the F-35 has been wargamed against Su-30 Flankers, the Russian aircraft have emerged winners. America’s newest stealth aircraft – costing $191 million per unit – is riddled with such critical design flaws that it’s likely to get blown away in a shootout with the super-maneuverable Sukhois
Rethink The System
- Policing is a Dirty Job, But Nobody’s Gotta Do It: 6 Ideas for a Cop-Free World
After months of escalating protests and grassroots organizing in response to the police killings of Michael Brown and Eric Garner, police reformers have issued many demands. The moderates in this debate typically qualify their rhetoric with “We all know we need police, but…” It’s a familiar refrain to those of us who’ve spent years in the streets and the barrios organizing around police violence, only to be confronted by officers who snarl, “But who’ll help you if you get robbed?” We can put a man on the moon, but we’re still lacking creativity down here on Earth.
But police are not a permanent fixture in society. While law enforcers have existed in one form or another for centuries, the modern police have their roots in the relatively recent rise of modern property relations 200 years ago, and the “disorderly conduct” of the urban poor. Like every structure we’ve known all our lives, it seems that the policing paradigm is inescapable and everlasting, and the only thing keeping us from the precipice of a dystopic Wild West scenario. It’s not. Rather than be scared of our impending Road Warrior future, check out just a few of the practicable, real-world alternatives to the modern system known as policing:
- This post shamelessly uses Frederick County (Md.) Council Member Kirby Delauter’s name without authorization
Kirby Delauter, a Frederick County (Maryland) Council Member threatens a local journalist (Bethany Rodgers) for … using his name without permission in a newspaper article. No, really:
Uh, Council Member: In our country, newspapers are actually allowed to write about elected officials (and others) without their permission. It’s an avantgarde experiment, to be sure, but we’ve had some success with it.
Legalizing A Toxic World Around You
- Stronger More Toxic Gardasil Vaccine Approved by FDA: Will More Girls Suffer and Die?
FDA approved Gardasil 9: Malfeasance or Stupidity? Malfeasance is when a public official violates the public trust by performing an act that is wrongful, legally unjustified, or contrary to law. Nonfeasance is the failure to act where there is a duty to act. Misfeasance is conduct that is lawful but inappropriate. Perhaps, when it comes to the recent approval of Gardasil 9 all of these apply.
10 December 2014: The FDA approved the use of a reportedly “new and improved” version of Gardasil, which will be marketed as Gardasil 9. According to the FDA approval letter, this action was taken without consultation with VRBPAC (the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee) which is responsible for reviewing and evaluating data concerning the safety, effectiveness, and appropriate use of vaccines and related biological products - Finally, The Truth Emerges About Whooping Cough Vaccine: OBs and Pediatricians, Stand Back With Your Needles Just this week, the New York Times published an article stating that the problem of surging whooping cough cases has more to do with flaws in the current vaccines than with parents’ resistance. Could the truth about vaccines be going mainstream?
- New Law Blocks Anti-GMO Scientists from Advising EPA
A new law will place restrictions on scientists with clear knowledge on GMO dangers, and create room for experts with overt financial ties to the biotech and pharmaceutical industries affected by EPA regulations. H.R. 1422, which passed 229-191, is an earthquake rumbling through the Environmental Protection Agency’s Scientific Advisory Board.
This means that the EPA can no longer be advised on their own research regarding GMOs or pharmaceutical drugs like antibiotics or vaccines. Can you say circular reasoning, or insular logic? This ‘reform’ means industry-appointed experts will determine what is ‘safe’ and what is not safe for the public, and that the scientists with the most knowledge about the risks pertaining to GMOs and pharmaceuticals will be gagged.
- The medical shadow government
Over the last 50 years, tireless researchers have uncovered and revealed the existence of various elites that control governments and populations:
Banks, super-banks, the military-industrial complex, intelligence agencies, psyop propagandists, Wall Street, and so forth and so on.
For some reason, these researchers, many of them, have a blind spot when it comes to the ongoing operations of a shadow medical government.
Blind spot. And also fear. Fear of criticism and ridicule for exposing sacred sacraments of society—like vaccination.
This tells you how strong and pervasive the pro-medical propagandists are. How much media power they wield. How much science they can fabricate. How thoroughly they can discredit and exile their critics, when those critics cut too close to the bone and expose too much truth.
- Ebola Vaccines Get Legal Immunity In an effort to speed development of promising Ebola vaccines, US Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell today invoked the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act. The law protects drug developers from legal claims related to the manufacture, testing, development, distribution and administration of 3 vaccine candidates.
That protection applies only in the US, and Burwell expressed “strong hope” that other nations would also enact similar measures. “As a global community, we must ensure that legitimate concerns about liability do not hold back the possibility of developing an Ebola vaccine, an essential strategy in our global response to the Ebola epidemic in West Africa,” Burwell said. The three vaccines are:
- Monsanto’s Roundup and Other Glyphosate-Based Herbicides Directly Linked to Chronic Disease Spike
A new correlation study published in the Journal of Organic Systems has linked glyphosate, the primary ingredient in Monsanto’s best-selling herbicide, Roundup, to an enormous increase in chronic diseases across the United States.
Supporting countless studies before it, this new report is a detailed analysis proving an undeniable link between glyphosate-based herbicides and the rates of chronic disease all over the country.
Monsanto: science and fraud are the same thing
Imagine this. A killer is put on trial, and the jury, in a surprise verdict, finds him not guilty. Afterwards, reporters interview this killer. He says, “The jury freed me. It’s up to them. They decide. That’s what justice is all about.”
Then the press moves along to members of the jury, who say: Well, we had to take the defendant’s word. He said he was innocent, so that’s what we ruled.
That’s an exact description of the FDA and Monsanto partnership.
Confusion Greets New EU Food-Labeling Rules
New rules went into effect Dec. 13 throughout the European Union to help people avoid 14 allergens in food by requiring labels, providing information on food allergies and intolerance, and offering voluntary best practices on cross-contamination controls for pre-packed and loose food items.
The new rules impact restaurants, bakeries, delis and grocery stores, among others.
Officially known as the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation, the rules were adopted in 2011 in order for the public to “receive clearer, more comprehensive and accurate information on food content, and help them make informed choices about what they eat,” according to the European Commission.
All provisions included in the rules became effective this past Saturday except for those relating to the mandatory nutritional labeling of processed food, which will apply on Dec. 13, 2016.
Study: Bayer Herbicide Causes Autism, Even at Trace Levels
Another GMO problemBayer’s Liberty Link GMO crops made to withstand glufosinate ammonium (GLA) herbicide are linked directly to autism-like symptoms, according to a new study. Even in low doses, both pre and post-natal exposure to GLA caused symptoms in laboratory mice.
Published in Frontiers of Behavioral Neuroscience, the study outlines how GLA, one of the most widely used herbicides in agriculture is harming neurological health.
Pointing to the findings of previous research linking herbicides and autism, as well as with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, the study explains that pesticide and herbicide exposure weakens the basic structure of the brain.
- Court Packed with Democrats Rules with Obama on ObamaScare
An appeals court packed with progressive judges ruled last Friday in favor of a contraception opt-out clause opposed by some religious groups, handing a victory to the Obama administration.
The Washington Free Beacon reported in August on an effort by progressive judicial activists to fill the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia bench with left-leaning judges, funded in part by a dark-money network of Democratic donors called the Democracy Alliance.
Since then, the D.C. circuit court has been at the frontlines of several contentious debates over Obamacare, including the court’s September decision to rehear a case challenging a tax credit provision in the health care law.
But last Friday’s ruling is the latest indication of how newly appointed Democratic judges are impacting policy through the D.C. circuit court.
A three-judge panel upheld a provision backed by the Obama administration that would have the federal government pay for contraception coverage for employees of religious nonprofit groups that are opposed to funding the coverage directly through their insurance providers.
The Lies Giving License For Thinking And Doing Better
Rosetta Comet Water Different Than Earth Water The European Space Agency’s Rosetta spacecraft has found the water vapor from comet 67P/Churyumov-Gerasimenko to be significantly different from that found on Earth. The discovery fuels the debate on the origin of our planet’s oceans.
The measurements, by the Rosetta Orbiter Spectrometer for Ion and Neutral Analysis (ROSINA) instrument, were made in the month following the arrival of the spacecraft on Aug. 6. It is one of the most anticipated early results of the mission, because the origin of Earth’s water is still an open question.- Rosetta fuels the debate on the origin of our planet’s oceans In this scenario, it should have been delivered after our planet had cooled down, most likely from collisions with comets and asteroids. The relative contribution of each class of object to our planet’s water supply is, however, still debated.
The key to determining where the water originated is in its ‘flavour’, in this case the proportion of deuterium – a form of hydrogen with an additional neutron – to normal hydrogen.
The Earth Makes Water
- Ancient, hydrogen-rich waters deep underground around the world: Waters could support isolated lifeSummary:A team of scientists has mapped the location of hydrogen-rich waters found trapped kilometers beneath Earth’s surface in rock fractures in Canada, South Africa and Scandinavia. Common in Precambrian Shield rocks — the oldest rocks on Earth — the ancient waters have a chemistry similar to that found near deep sea vents, suggesting these waters can support microbes living in isolation from the surface.
The scientists also explain how two chemical reactions combine to produce substantial quantities of hydrogen, doubling estimates of global production from these processes which had previously been based only on hydrogen coming out of the ocean floor.
“This represents a quantum change in our understanding of the total volume of Earth’s crust that may be habitable,” said Sherwood Lollar.
“Until now, none of the estimates of global hydrogen production sustaining deep microbial populations had included a contribution from the ancient continents. Since Precambrian rocks make up more than 70 per cent of the surface of Earth’s crust, Sherwood Lollar likens these terrains to a “sleeping giant,” a huge area that has now been discovered to be a source of possible energy for life,” she said.
One process, known as radiolytic decomposition of water, involves water undergoing a breakdown into hydrogen when exposed to radiation. The other is a chemical reaction called serpentization, a mineral alteration reaction that is common in such ancient rocks.
Further, because Mars — like the Precambrian crust — consists of billions-of-year-old rocks with hydrogen-producing potential, this finding has ramifications for astrobiology. “If the ancient rocks of Earth are producing this much hydrogen, it may be that similar processes are taking place on Mars,” said Sherwood Lollar.
- A Methane Spike Indicates Active Processes On Mars
The more we learn about Mars, the more we learn it’s a deceptively active planet. Most recently, the Curiosity rover sniffed out a sharp spike in methane levels that dropped back down just as quickly, suggesting some yet-to-be-determined process is currently happening to trigger the aberration. The rover sniffs the atmosphere using the Sample Analysis at Mars (SAM) laboratory. We’ve been excited about methane on Mars before, but this time it’s a bit different. This time, Curiosity measured a spike that suggests current, active processes on Mars changing things right now. Fluctuations in the methane levels suggest both sources and sinks on Mars. Methane has one atom of carbon and four atoms of hydrogen: it can be combined, stored, and pulled apart in different ways.
This sharp spike is strange: Sushil Atreya, a member of the Curiosity rover science team, explains in a press release:
“This temporary increase in methane — sharply up and then back down — tells us there must be some relatively localized source. There are many possible sources, biological or non-biological, such as interaction of water and rock.”
Sinks, sources, and transportation of methane around the Martian atmosphere. Image credit: NASA/JPL-Caltech/SAM-GSFC/Univ. of Michigan
The atoms can be combined through microbial processes, but molecule formation may also be triggered by geochemical reactions between water and olivine or pyroxene rock. Ultraviolet light can also trigger reactions generating methane from organic chemicals. The methane can be destroyed through photochemistry, when sunlight triggers reactions that break it down. This can produce formaldehyde and methanol, which in turn disintegrates into carbon dioxide, which makes up most of the Martian atmosphere. Alone, these molecules are a lot of almost-maybe potentially cool things: they may have formed on Mars, or have been delivered to the surface by meteorites; they could be formed by biological activity, or by geological processes that have nothing to do with life. What these molecules do indicate is that modern Mars is chemically active, and that in the ancient past it had favourable conditions for life. When SAM heated up the sample, it released hydrogen isotopes locked in the rock for billions of years. Because lighter regular hydrogen isotopes escape from the upper atmosphere more easily than heavier deuterium, looking at the ratio of the hydrogen isotopes provides a signature of what water looked like at different times in Martian history.

Those who will not use their brains are no better off than those who have no brains, and so this mindless school of jelly-fish, father, mother, son, and daughter, become useful beasts of burden or trainers of the same. - Mr. Rothschild’s Energy Discovery
What Mr. Rothschild [2] had discovered was the basic principle of power, influence, and control over people as applied to economics. That principle is “when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you.”
