Net Neutrality Redrafted By FCC But Criticism Continues

Net Neutrality has been redrafted by the FCC and Tom Wheeler to supposedly keep the internet playing field even for paying and non-paying content providers, but the public may still be skeptical about it. We look at the business connections and interests at play, and if there is going to be any real change from the pay-to-play model that outraged the public in this Lip News with Lissette Padilla and Gabriel Mizrahi.

RT’s Ruptly video journalists came under fire as their car was targeted near the city of Kramatorsk, in eastern Ukraine. The shooting came from two APCs, the crew said.
