The state of Florida has obtained thousands of monoclonal antibody treatments to treat COVID-19 from a UK-based company after the Biden administration’s abrupt rationing of federally acquired doses.

Drug regulators in May authorized GSK’s treatment for mild-to-moderate COVID-19 in patients 12 and older and weighing at least 88 pounds.

Regulators and state officials say the drug and similar others help keep people out of hospitals.

Jab Mandate Rules and Fines Will Be Unenforceable

The courts will likely agree that the federal government has the authority to enforce COVID-19 vaccine mandates, but will argue that the rules and penalties can’t be enforced, says Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz.

Remember when I told you about my MD friend and the fines he was facing?

President Joe Biden said on Sept. 9 that he’ll direct the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to mandate that employees at companies with 100 or more workers will have to either submit to weekly testing or get a COVID-19 vaccine. White House officials have said that fines will be handed down to those who don’t comply with the rule, which will impact about 80 million private-sector employees.

But such mandates are “generally relegated to the legislature in our system of government, so I think the courts will focus on that issue first and say that the president may not have the authority to do this without congressional authorization,” according to Dershowitz.

I want to take a minute here and ask you… no matter which “side” you are on. Are you experiencing freedom? Do any of the elected officials do anything that increases your freedom? If you think your side is creating more freedom, can you point to where that is? I only see more and more restrictions. Worldwide, but especially in the USA where we supposedly have been a country founded on freedom from tyranny. That didn’t last long. Like some of you, I believed that “my” side, or my team would stand up for freedom. What I have witnessed over the past 20 years, mostly the past 20 years, is that politicians are afraid. They are afraid to offend. They are afraid to stick their necks out. They are actually afraid to stand up for what freedom and liberty really is. Someone, anyone, who believes in freedom from tyranny should have done something by now about this entire Covid bs. Very few have done anything. Rand Paul, Desantis, and a few others. Maybe even more disappointing is the fact that we the people have not risen up. I guess we are all afraid too. Afraid to die, afraid to go to prison, afraid to claim the liberties we are granted in the Bill of Rights and the constitution. Are we all just waiting for someone else to make the move. Have we become stifled because we don’t have a social media that is effective because we can’t use one of the main ones due to censorship? Hell, the original colonies did it on horseback or on foot, we should surely be able to organize some way.

The good news is, some people are beginning to fight back. Some people are refusing to get jabbed to keep their jobs. I have heard that my own profession is going to suffer some severe shortages within the next two months. People have already missed the deadline to get the first jab, to make the deadline to be fully jabbed or loose their jobs. I applaud and encourage them. Offering food and moral support to as many as I can. They aren’t unemployed yet, but they will be, more than likely.

Unemployment is up? Not down? Who would have guessed it?

With 351,000 jobless claims, the week ending September 18 saw the highest total claims since the week of August 21. The figure marked a climb from the previous week’s upwardly revised 335,000 claims.

In total, 2.8 million Americans were receiving unemployment benefits during the week of September 11, an increase of 131,000 from the week before.

That is just cancer deaths. Wait until the rest of the data is collected about people who died waiting for treatment, either heart surgeries, cardiac bypass graphs, diabetic treatment, dialysis, undiagnosed conditions.

If that is not enough, what is coming I am fairly certain is going to be worse or just as bad. I am thinking worse.

The jab mandates are already leading to a shortage of health care workers and providers. There are hundreds, likely thousands in the USA who have already missed the deadline to start the jab process in order to finish before the “get it or get fired” deadline. My gut is telling me those people are NOT going to comply and I say, good on you!

In my profession, I have seen a lot of disease that could have been safely treated during the plandemic lockdown. Now, I know you are thinking, ah, it is just dentistry. You are right, probably not life threatening at all, in most cases. My point is, care was not being provided in a system where we already have difficulty meeting the needs of the communities we serve. If we could have met that need before, all decay would not exist. All teeth would be straight, and all oral cancers would not exist. Periodontal disease would be non existent. None of that was true, and we have only lost more ground. Small sites of decay that existed before the plandemic, have only gotten larger. Periodontal disease has only caused more bone loss. Some teeth that could have been maintained or saved before are no longer salvageable.

That was during the plandemic lockdown. Wait until you see what happens next. No dental assistants? They are already in limited supply. Nurses, the backbone of the medical system, are in short supply and they are severely overworked.

Physical therapy and chiropractors, unable to treat and rehab people who need it to return to work or to maintain their ability to work or parent.

Let us not forget to look outside of the health care system also. Workers in all walks of life are opting out of being forced experimental medication which by the way is a violation of the Geneva Convention. Food service workers, hair stylists, barbers, grocers, autoshops, pretty much every business you can imagine are going to be short of workers, and I mean as short of workers or shorter than they have been.

So, what do we do?

Take care of ourselves.

Offer support to those who are protesting mandates.

Offer food to those who need it, if you have it to spare, especially to those who refuse to comply.

Show support in numbers if you consider it SAFE for YOU.

Remember to enjoy the blessings you have, or that surround you. Take time to smile and have some fun. These are difficult times, whether real or created, we have a ways to go before we get out of it. We need to remain healthy.
