Independence Day

This story serves as a stark reminder of what Independence Day truly signifies—that individual freedom and state's rights must be actively defended against tyranny.

As we celebrate Independence Day, true reverence for the Constitution requires remembering the men who've sacrificed everything to defend it against tyranny.

This 4th of July, profiles of these patriots include men like LaVoy Finicum, as I release Part 4 of his story, Liberty Rising, showcasing his unyielding devotion to faith, family, and country.

Alongside LaVoy’s legacy, I'm introducing a new six-part series detailing the story of Jeffrey Weinhaus, a journalist whose constitutional rights were violently violated and nearly killed by Sgt. Folsom of the Missouri State Police.

On July 11th, Jeffrey will have been locked up for 5,000 days. To mark this milestone, this series will begin tomorrow and run consecutively up until the eve of that anniversary.

Both LaVoy and Jeffrey stood firmly on the founding principles of liberty, refusing to back down when government agencies declared dominion over their sovereign rights as Americans.

Their stories serve as a stark reminder of what Independence Day truly signifies—that individual freedom and state's rights must be actively defended against tyranny.

Honor the spirit of the Constitution and true Independence this holiday by following these sequential accounts of modern American patriots who rose up to challenge an empire.

This portrait hangs prominently in Jeanette Finicum's home and was highly favored by LaVoy as a deep source of inspiration. It perfectly captures everything he stood for—profound faith, devotion to country, and the quiet strength required to endure the harshest of winters in defense of liberty.

It depicts General George Washington seeking divine guidance during the bitter winter of 1777–1778, symbolizing the deep faith, endurance, and reliance on God required to defend American liberty.
