It's noteworthy to remember that John Lamb previously revealed how lead prosecutor Steven Myhre had an emotional breakdown in court—shaking and calling defendant Eric Parker a "slithering coward"—after failing to secure guilty verdicts in the earlier retrials.
The court engaged in blatant, rigged tactics: suppressing evidence of corrupt federal agent Dan Love, denying crucial state-of-mind testimony, and effectively gagging defense witnesses on the stand.
The entire prosecution was never about simple grazing rights. It was a corporate-federal land grab designed to control natural resources and trample private property rights.
