TRUMP OFFICIALLY A CONVICTED FELON AFTER EXHAUSTING ALL APPEALS

"This has been a very terrible experience.” - Donald Trump

Trump doesn't have the same conviction conditions as other convicted felons. Instead, he enjoys the unconstitutional privilege of presidential qualified immunity. Even though he is now a convicted felon he will never be held accountable for the crimes he has been convicted of, unlike any other defendant in a criminal case who have been charged and convicted.

Donald Trump said during his sentencing hearing, “This has been a very terrible experience”. Is that because he believed he is above the law and that he should never have been able to have been charged with any crimes?

There are hundreds of thousands of individuals who have had a "terrible experience" with the corrupt justice system. Most do not get the privileges of the Supreme Court's ruling. Nor do they get proper appeals. 99% of all defendants get railroaded all the way through trial and then sentenced to prison without any chance of a fair trial or appeals process.

Jeff Weinhaus, who is serving 30 years in Missouri has been denied appeals without any explanation for eleven years.

Yorie Khal and Scott Faul have been held for 42 years in prison: ten years longer than their sentences required. They have had their appeals denied before they're even heard.

Greg Burleson is serving 68 years for a crime, even after the indictment that he was convicted on was dismissed and the three 921c gun charges were overturned and thrown out by the Supreme Court. Even the prosecutor in his case requested that his sentence be drastically reduced. It was even discussed by the prosecution that Greg Burleson should get a new trial. But since the indictment has been dismissed and no longer exists, he cannot be retried. So the three judge panel held his conviction.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of cases where innocent people never get due process. Trump got presidential executive treatment and literally dozens of appeals heard, like no other defendant in the history of America has ever received. Any other regular defendant with the same charges would have been held in prison without bond.

The January 6th defendants are a prime example of the corruption with the justice system; individuals held without bond, charged with absurd charges and given extraordinary long sentences.

Enrique Tarrio; 22 years in prison. Tarrio was not in Washington DC on January 6th. Stewart Rhodes, from Montana, who was not at the capital January 6th; sentenced to 18 years in federal prison.

Over 1583 defendants have been charged so far. 547 are charged with assaulting police officers. 894 accepted plea deals in lieu of going to trial and for a lesser or reduced jail time. Still more are being arrested. Today, Antony Vo from Indiana was arrested in Canada after fleeing the United States. He is currently being held by immigration officials without bond.

Will trump pardon all of the January 6th defendants or just some? Will trump pardon others besides January 6th defendants? Or will he leave them to rot in prison like he did his first term?

I won't be making excuses for Trump this presidency. I will give him credit where credit is due and I will be giving him criticism where criticism is due.

Revelation 13:3-4 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast.

And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
