True Crime

What the State did to me. A true Story.

In January of the year 2022 right after my 22nd birthday I was traveling across the States to arrive in Washington DC. Growing up I have always wanted to travel to the East Coast and explore the truths in the foundation of the United States of America. As I was traveling east from Idaho, being a logger after being a highschool football star and elementary football coach, from some of the most dangerous mountains in Idaho I was unafraid of many things.

Taking my journey across the States to DC was not a thought that I was concerned about. Other would beg the difference. I always thought of someone thought that I were crazy to leave my home State and go on vacation they were a problem in my life to begin with. I mean, who would want you held from your liberty to travel, freely. You come to find out it becomes deeper than you could imagine.

On this journey Going through the State of Illinois, Rock Island county. I had stopped at a local Taco Bell, and decided to get my favorite soft tacos. As I was Parked in line for the drive through, I noticed in my preferal vision there were a group of people running toward my truck, unaware of what the issue was. They got mysteriously close shouting at me and in the glimpse of my eye had knives or clubs. I thought maybe they were going to rob me by gun point or knife. So, I took off from the drive through line as they were running at my pickup yelling behind me in the dust. I got out on the road, and in front of me there were an unmarked vehicle it looked like, anyways. Unaware if it was a cop. As scared as I was I was driving so fast. I passed him and took a right at the light a couple hundred yards from the Taco Bell.

The cop then turned his lights on, in an all black SUV, chased my vehicle all the way into a neighborhood. I kept going. He stopped. Unaware of what might happen next. Knowing that wasn't a smart choice to make in my life, possibly the worst choice I've ever made in my life.

It wasn't but a few blocks later, the sheriff got behind me really fast, my guess is he was radioed in by the city police of Moline. Recognizing the sheriff as a legitimately branch of law enforcement. I quickly yielded my vehicle at a complete stop before an intersection at a red light. I was the only one in the road. Just the sheriff and I. So I got out and put my hands up and was violently tackled to the ground.

Later that night I found myself in a jail cell with all black inmates from one side of the jail block to the other side. All the way up to my cell. It was but a few days to a week, I had received paperwork from the District Court of Rock Island county Illinois.

Back ground check

It was filed, the charges of fleeing police. And sadly it was a 2nd felony. I was upset when I got the news in jail I would be fighting a 2nd offense felony in Rock Island county Illinois, in the middle of nowhere, 1000s of miles from my home State with no money to fight. I began to ask myself while sitting in that jail for a full 30 days. Why would I be charged a felony for a first time fleeing police in the State of Illinois? I had no prior felony on my record.

First time fleeing charge Illinois

When the first court date came, I walked into a court room, and here come my court appointed attorney. She whispered to me and she apologized to me about the charge being a felony and that the prosecution would not drop the charges unless I took the felony to be on unsupervised probation. Knowing it was a misdemeanor crime not a felony. I knew I didn't want to go back in the jail for another 30 days to continue living with violent gang members of the Chicago communities. I need a way out to continue my pursuit to happiness. So, I leaned over and whispered to my attorney and told her I would take the deal because my life was already at stake. My liberty already was violated when the application of a first time misdemeanor was not filed, instead a felony.

It wasn't but two years later, I completed two years probation, ready to file for a civil complaint to redress my criminal record from a felony to a misdemeanor, based on good behavior and prior, wrongful application.

I was on the Great State of Oklahoma, my truck broke down in the middle of nowhere and the people came to my rescue. I was met by an elderly man, who gave me food and shelter. At first he did not know who I was, and what I went through for 2 years of probation.

All I knew is I was not scared to survive to live and make due with what I had. With me when we met, was a .22 Hunting gun. For small game hunting on national lands, only for when times got hard.

It wasn't but 5 days later after we met, being a disabled person, almost 70 years old, he could not see in the dark and wanted to go up to a place called Stevens gap, because his bathroom was in the process of being redone and needed a shower.

So we went and took a shower at the free showers place there outside of Beavers bend State Park. And it wasn't too long after we got pulled over for a front headlight out in his truck, and sitting next to me was a .22 hunting gun. Knowing my prior felony was fraudulent, I was not scared to communicate and abandoned vehicle to speak with the officer. Knowing my .22 hunting gun does not meet the definition of a firearm I knew I wasn't a felon in possession of a firearm.

Even though I may have thought I was alright the officer wasn't. And it wasn't too long after we spoke I was in cuffs.

I thought he would allow the pass of traveling privately, transporting a handicap individual safely because he could not see the road at night. For 2 before I met the diable man in Oklahoma. I exercised my 14th Amendment enumerated right to travel privately. Knowing the suspended license from fleeing police didn't suspend my constitutional rights to travel, but suspended my commercial privilege to drive.

On June 22nd 2024 on the night of my arrest bringing a disabled man back to his house from a shower with a front headlamp out. I was not carrying my hard copy license, after it was stolen along with my wallet at a gas station months before I met the disabled man. Which was another story that I previously reported to the police before June 22nd.

The State Trooper Jake Phillips persisted with the demands of taking me to jail anyways, knowing I'm not using a hard copy suspended license while traveling because my commercial privileges were suspended and as well as him believing my fraudulent felony record wasn't fraud and that I was sitting next to a gun.

After getting to jail it wasn't but a few days later and charges were filed by the DA, being stranger to the county and shocked once again another fraudulent charge or misapplication I knew I was in big trouble.

Charges filed but McCurtain County Court house DA in July of 2024 after arrest and statement by Trooper Phillips

After sitting in jail for almost another 40 days the court came and got me and told me they would let me out for a fair trial. When I got out, I later filed a motion to Dismiss without prejudice.

I got no answer following the motion to Dismiss, so I decided to declare my status under the first Amendment or better said a 1st Amendment propria persona decree, which if there is fraud on my criminal record, the Court of McCurtain County still considering a felony process to proceed for the possession of a firearm could be no more.

I was wrong, again. After I declared my status, I got nothing, no answer, no dismissal just the same thing. The Judge wanting me to appear in court. Continuously for 8 months. So, I decided to file a complaint on the government in the Constitution state, Connecticut.

In January of the year 2025 the McCurtain County Oklahoma case still going with trial against the OHP and the local DA of McCurtain. I decided to try to play or use the tools I could use to try to bring federal authority over the State of Oklahoma who were attempting to continue fraud on my criminal record at the time.

Noone attempted to help me not the DOJ not the president, absolutely no one. Ask filed motions after motions seeking the Continental original court of the colonists constitution to uphold my rights against State actors, acting under the color of law as incorporated USA employees.

It was but to long after I decided to try to pay bond in the McCurtain County Court house and I needed a quick way to do it. So with no help no order compelling the State of Oklahoma to let me go, I went up to Oklahoma City to sell my truck for cash to flip cars for money to pay bond. Maybe, hoping the county of McCurtain would let me go if I paid them what they wanted.

Being in a new county in Oklahoma I was culture shocked on what I saw all over the streets of the biggest city in Oklahoma. From drug dealers, to drug deals gone bad. Cops, security guards were everywhere. It almost felt like their were more cops than people.

After selling my truck I bought another truck and then traded it for a jeep. And then decided to make a good deal for the jeep.

Truck I sold
Truck Traded for a Jeep

The Jeep

The deal I made for the Jeep was cut short.

The day I couldn't get the message

I was ambused by the OKCPD, Officer Ronald Jenkins while sitting in a parking lot texting the guy who was coming up to buy the jeep for 1,800 dollars. I had hundred if not thousands of dollars of products inside the jeep that I was selling as a sales man. Handy tools, in ground pool parts. Shower layout materials, etc. All products I was holding onto to sell, getting ready to move them into my rented room in the city when the guy named Amos from Texas decided to buy the car from me.

Ronald Jenkins pulled up to the front of my car holding a Glock pistol in aim on me through the windshield as I was texting Amos over the phone about the jeep. Waiting on a text back charging my phone in the restaurant parking lot next to where I was staying hanging out with my dog. Jenkins, had light bars coming off his car shining in my face blinding me with no red or blues on March 26th 2025.

I could not tell if he was a cop or not at first, he started yelling and shaking dressed in black blinding my face with lights coming off his car. I almost thought for certain that night was my last night alive for whatever reason this man was robbing me by gun point to get me out of my car and walk towards him.

Once I saw he was a cop I immediately listened to all his orders, and I asked him why he had snuck up on me holding guns on me to shoot me for.

Ronald Jenkins replied, that someone had called him that I tried to rob someone with a gun.

As confused as I was not understanding why a prank call on me sitting in a parking lot talking to some Texas guy named Amos coming to buy my jeep for almost 2 grand, is enough Probable cause to arrest me by gun point saying I tried to rob someone by gun point.

I realized my 4th Amendment was violated. By that point. And soon after while being held in the back of the cop car, other officers arrived on scene. I starting to think maybe they are doing this because of my lawsuit against their State and this is some sort of secret retaliation against me. I had no clue at this point.

Officer Jenkins asked to search my car for the firearm. I told him I don't have a firearm I have a BB gun and I didn't try anything stupid with it. I told him it was just laying in the car behind the passenger seat.

Jenkins Statement against me

After losing my dog to the city when after Jenkins searched my jeep and took the BB Gun as Probable Cause to charge me for felon in possession of a firearm. Once again second charge while already out on bond trying to pay bond by selling cars. I left Amos without notice of what happened. That's how quick it happened.

Amos wondering where I was

The worst part is I did my research before I bought the BB gun knowing that it was defined by the OCCA as not a firearm in binding state case law.

Jenkins towed my jeep and took me to jail where I served 90 days and was served a warrant by McCurtain County for failure to appear because I was in jail. I missed court in McCurtain County because I was locked up in Oklahoma County for a BB gun just trying to flip cars to make bond on my next court date. Since I was locked up from making back to McCurtain I was extradited.

The probable cause of OCPD
The filing of charges on a BB gun by the Oklahoma City District Attorney

Going through multiple civil rights violations by the State of Oklahoma following the State of Illinois, there I was wondering why the cops were ruining my life for things I didn't do. Or why the DA was ruining my life by misapplication of law. I motioned to dismiss the case from the OCDC jail as a pro Se litigant and they refused to dismiss it knowing it was a BB gun.

I couldn't figure it out why they would do this to me. Following my motion from jail, I was offered 8 years suspended sentence in Oklahoma county or take 5 years prison for possession of a BB gun. Not a firearm. If I took the deal they would send me back to McCurtain County. So instead of going to trial and losing as a pro Se litigant of McCurtain and Oklahoma county. I let the State coerce me because I was already violated. I was in cuffs, orange and tired. I wanted out to continue my pursuit to happiness. Knowing tons of real fraudulent crimes have occured against me. Knowing I would never get my jeep back, my clothes my highschool diploma and my dog. All in the car they stole from me over a phone call.

After I took the plea McCurtain County came and got me, a 3 hour drive back home to McCurtain without my dog, my jeep or my clothes, not even knowing what happened to my "Powers Jr v USA" lawsuit. I felt the worst I have ever felt in my life knowing I was being extradited to another jail to take another fraudulent plea for something I didn't do. Thinking the federal government could be behind this, I wondered why they would engineer the State against me, or how they would be able to perform at that corrupt of a level against me.

Oklahoma county jailbirds mugshot before sent to McCurtain

Being a long time stander for liberty and the Bundy family I understood the curse that came with that.

I was a big time Bundy fan and believed in liberty as he did, and here I thought, all the stories of his friend and even himself on the trials and tribulations that he went through I would sure go through too.

I was mad, and confused why government can commit crimes and conspiracy against me, and no one in the court stand for my rights. All these years I would have never thought Illinois or Oklahoma would do such a thing. And they did. Without a heart, without forgiveness, or without the passion of a true Christian believer. To do what's right by the Constitution to the United States, and protect and preserve it, as if their lives depends on it.

After I took the plea in McCurtain County for a concurrent ran probation with Oklahoma county I now am held until 2033 by the State governments.

So I decided to challenge the State of Oklahoma in federal court on the misapplication of laws against me. I filed a civil suit against the attorney general on the felon firearm ban after my suit against the USA was dismissed by Judge victor bolden of the federal district Court of Connecticut while I was in jail. In October 2025 I challenged the language of the statute the AG GENTNER DRUMMOND enforces through all police Amongst the state and courts amongst the State when the petition was filed in federal court.

Drummond, answered the suit along with his counsel seeking dismissal and saying my convictions weren't crimes and that they were valid.

I responded to him and pointed out the fact that everything they did from the first arrest in June 22nd 2024 by OHP for enforcement of Title 21 Section 1283, seizure of a .22 hunting gun, to the march 26th enforcement of Title 21 Section 1283, for seizure of a .22 air gun was illegal.

The language in the statute not adhered to it delegation to be enforced across the State to the instruments of sport being used as probable cause for my arrest and application of law.

I was ignored after I responded back to them.

So I filed two state petitions in both counties seeking relief in State court following the filing of a federal complaint.

Oklahoma County District Court State petition for relief
McCurtain County District Court State for relief

The petitions I filed in both counties seeking to overturn the convictions and concurrent sentencing were backed by my discovery of new facts of the instruments they used as qualifications to apply the law for plea arrangements.

Case law cited for Oklahoma County petition, claiming a .22 air gun doesn't qualify as a firearm or imitation firearm for the application of law April 14th 2025 before my plea.
Legally Defining a .22 hunting gun as not a weapon or firearm in law. McCurtain County District Court petition for relief from misapplication of law.

None of my petitions were answered in State court and no federal judge has answered in ruling in favor of my complaint in federal court.

All petitions are still open and going on over a year or a year open with no order. But maybe review I couldn't tell at this time.

After all these cases, I wonder if there will be justice and if I will walk a free man. Or if I might get a settlement from the AG of the State of Oklahoma for enforcing a law that doesn't respect its delegation in its plain language.

I have demonstrated civil rights violations and constitutional rights violations in all petitions. I have been cheated out of my own liberty. And have not been recognized for reward.

I keep my faith regardless of the consequences of having it, but I'll leave this here. Never give up. God bless America.
